Die Arriba-Apartments ("Arriba" bedeutet Klippe auf Portugiesisch) sind eine erstklassige Lage am Meer am Nordende des Zentrums von Ericeira mit Blick auf den Nordstrand ("Praia do Norte"). Der Fußweg zum Nordstrand und zum benachbarten Strand von São Sebastião dauert nur ein paar Minuten. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Nachtclubs befinden sich alle in der Nähe. Sie brauchen kein Auto, wenn Sie in Ericeira surfen und bleiben möchten. Für den Fall, dass Sie mit dem Auto kommen, gibt es einen größeren Parkplatz neben dem Haus.

Arriba I ist eine kürzlich renovierte Wohnung im ersten Stock, die elegant eingerichtet ist und eine einzigartige Lage direkt am Meer hat. Sie verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer: eines mit 2 Einzelbetten, eines mit 2 extra großen Einzelbetten (1,50 m) und ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einer Chaiselongue, die in 2 Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann. Letzteres ist der Chill-Bereich des Apartments mit der Chaiselounge, dem Sofabett und den Stühlen mit Blick auf den Flachbildfernseher, mit Kabelkanälen und Glasfaser-WiFi für Ihre Unterhaltung. Es gibt auch einen DVD-Player. Bringen Sie also die Lieblingssendungen Ihrer Kinder und Ihre besten Surffilme mit. Die Open-Space-Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine) und verfügt über einen schön großen Essbereich mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Sie erstreckt sich auf eine kleine Terrasse mit Barbecue und kleinen Tischen und Stühlen, um die epischen Sonnenuntergänge von Ericeira zu genießen. Das Badezimmer ist modern gestylt und verfügt über eine große, begehbare Dusche. Die Aussicht ist wirklich erstaunlich, man kann im Süden bis zu den Bergen von Sintra und im Norden bis zu den berühmten Surfspots Ribeira d'Ilhas und Coxos sehen.

"Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft mit Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Herwig hatte immer schnell geantwortet und ist auch selbst auf uns zugekommen wenn es etwas gab um uns den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu machen. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Viellen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Sommerurlaub."

He helped us a lot on the planning, organised surfing lessons with a surfcamp nearby and was always very helpful. The place is in good condition, very functional and very spacious. "Very beautiful View. Close to Center and Supermarket. We got offered a better Appartment than actually intented to book, because it was Off-Season. Key handling very easy and quick. We had some beer and water as a wellcome gift. All in all easy and uncomlicated."

"This location was a perfect find! The ocean view from the kitchen and balcony is just great and the apartment was very clean, nice and worked well. No A/C is needed, just open the windows even in a very hot weather, and the Atlantic ocean cools the apartment really well. Herwig was a great host and so helpful. He's an easygoing and very friendly person, and it was very nice to get to know him shortly. There was a nice old lady in the ground floor apartment welcoming us with smile and Portuguese (which we don't speak).
